Our internship program is an invitation for hungry leaders to experience organizational, personal, and team leadership led at a high level. Our interns have hands-on training at multiple levels within the organization.
Our program is semester-based.
- Spring – January, February, March, April
- Summer – May, June July
- Fall – September, October, November, December
Once an intern completes a semester or semesters, they are eligible to receive the following:
- Season of meaningful growth
- Certificate of Completion
- Letter of Recommendation from Pastor Tim
- Hands-on learning
Who does the intern report to?
They report to their team leader and the intern director.
What does an intern do?
This is discussed with the team leader and based on the individual’s availability and needs of the specific team they are interning with.
What are the requirements to be an intern?
Hungry, Humble heart, hard-working spirit. Must have reliable transportation. Availability of 15-20 hrs a week, including a weekly meeting with the intern director.
